RISHOLITE® Epoxy Sheets

Introduction

RISHOLITE® Epoxy sheets are a range of plastic composite materials made from Epoxy resin reinforced with woven glass, paper or cotton fabric. This combination of materials offer very good electrical insulation, high mechanical strength to weight ratio, wide temperature stability and chemical resistance properties than similar grades using Phenolic resin. The paper type of reinforcement provides a more economical option for applications with lower mechanical requirements.

RISHOLITE® High Temperature grades with Glass-Transition temperatures, Tg=160°C (G10) and Tg=180°C (G11), and High Elastic Modulus Epoxy/Glass sheets are available.

RISHOLITE® Epoxy sheets are available in various sheet sizes from 1000 x 1000 mm to 1200 x 2000 mm, with a range of thicknesses:

  • Epoxy/Paper sheets: 0.5 to 2.9 mm.

  • Epoxy/Glass sheets: 0.6 to 50 mm.

  • Epoxy/Glass sheets: 0.1 to 100 mm.

  • High Temperature Epoxy/Glass sheets: 0.1 to 50 mm.

  • High Elastic Modulus Epoxy/Glass laminated sheets: 0.5 to 3.0 mm.
