RISHOLITE® Laminated Tubes

Introduction

RISHOLITE® Laminated Tubes are made through a process where paper, cotton cloth or glass fabric is impregnated with thermosetting resin to form prepregs, rolled onto a mandrel and cured by heat and pressure. This enables the production of rings and tubes with large diameters up to 2m (Inner diameter) and length up to 3.5m. The combination of high insulation strength, light-weight to high stiffness ratio, temperature resistance, transparency to microwave, and fair chemical resistance make RISHOLITE® Tubes a versatile and economical material for requirements falling between plastics and metals.

RISHOLITE® Laminated Tubes are produced in electrical and mechanical grades for applications that demand high reliability and quality. They are compliant with the JIS standard which is comparable with ANSI standard in many tests.
